MY NAME IS UMEZURIKE.E. NKECHI
FROM ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY UMUAHIA 500L my exprience with Absu law
clinic:law clinic work has really taught me alot like exposing me to the
practical aspect of law,i can draft letters confidently,i can do
interviewing and counseling,also use questions to get more information
from a client and also get him or her to trust
me.in
my work with okigwe prison department i got to find out that ADR Can
also be used inorder to bail an inmate,on two occasions we handled cases
that we had to stand as concilators for both the family of the inmate
and the inmate because most times the family of the inmate will refuse
to stand as surety for his bail,according to them his is of no use to
them(black sheep of the family).we had to find a mutual ground of
settlement in order to reach an agreement for him to be released as his
next of kin stands as
surety.it is really a worthwhile exprience and i enjoyed myself.
