Ibrahim Isah jiwa from ABU Clinic:Reflection

During our visit to zaria, although Thas  was my first time of been in. a prison for visitation, to me it was so academical, this is because from there I learnt how to attend to a client,in particular the prisoner, i was opportune to meet with the one who kills, although is not something one would be proud of,but I am proud because we are seeking for justice on their behalf.

It was unfortunate that some of the prisoners I can't say they are innocent but rather they are victims of pre-trial detainees, among them which are under age, while some are even civil cases, but I find it difficult to believe that a learned judge would sentence someone with imprisonment, like in the case of c.o.p vs Ibrahim ya'u,it was so pityful and unethical.under this case I don't think the debtor will help matters,by imprisoning the debtor is like Is like trying or deprive the creditor to have his money back to some extent it is unjust to the both parties.

Under the case of state vs BASHIR YAKUBU&ORS,bashir was brutally beaten By some angry men that suspected him of raping a girl he was taken to hospital when he insisted for medical check up to be carried on the gilr(victim)the girl's mother says and insisted that bashir instead he used stick to defile the girl and Bashir was been imprison on awaiting trial.quiet unfortunately.

We have problems with our legal system we need serious and immediate refinement
