OLASHIKU OLUWADAMILOLA REBECCA FROM OOU RELECTION

My name is OLASHIKU OLUWADAMILOLA REBECCA,  400level law student as was then, the case follow up manager of the law clinic OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY (OOU) holding this position made me look like a medical clinician because I keep record of how the cases are been follow and it has been a great privilege, but it also make me realise that I have a lot to do and the position entails that i have the lives of many in my hand, cause if I fail to follow their case it means their days are no longer numbered!

this project have made me seen the legal profession in a wide range which comprises of lot of avenue in which the law can display it self.

From the work shop to the advocacy visit and to the prison project it self I could see the trail in which justice have to pass to get to a common man out there, thou very slow, but if followed adequately very steady.

one of the loop hole I found in the system is the short cut principle as they call it,every lawyer wants in his case to follow the short cut which give birth to delayed justice for those who follow the normal process, and who are the victims the poor masses who don't have what it takes for the short cut principle so their cases are left unattended to and the system blamed when they are been asked what the matter was!

with this I drop my pen ...and wish to write more when I gather more experience from this project..am proud to part of this project!
